In particular, the JSvision Pinsetter is the first machines in the industry to use a PLC(Programable Logic Controller) system in its control box, the core part that controlls the operation of the pinsetter, rather than the existing PCB(Printed Circuit Board) system. This eliminates the trouble that pinsetters with electonic circuits experience and adds various advanced functions.
Program functions can be added or changed quickly on site and it is easy to upgrade.
Safe and Convenient Maintenance System
It has a footstep on the top of the machine and passages between the machines so that the machine operator can move conveniently when checking or repairing the machine. Protective safety nets are also attached for the security of the machine operator.
The control units on the front and rear of the machine factilitates prompt action in an emergency and maintenance in case any malfunctions occur. In addition, an emergency stop switch is installed on the power-dirving parts, and safety covers are attached on the front of the machine for the safety of the machine operator. A Universal Box positioned on top of the machine display for safe and convenient machine control. It shows the status of operation and any problems.
Trouble Indicator
A trouble indicator is located on the rear of the machine. A masking lamp on the masking units blink at the time the machine trouble so that machine trouble can be checked promptly and easily anywhere.
Independent Operation Control Function and Frame Counter
If the machine is stoppd by using the emergeny switch on the rear of the machine, the whole pinsetter does not stop, only the rear motor, so that it is possible to repair the rear of machine while bowlers still enjoy playing. In addition, since the operation of the accelerator and the ball lift are independently controlled, the problem where the ball does not return but remains on the ball track cannot occur.

Prompt and Profitable Operation System
The JSvision Pinsetter has adopted the machine pin distribution system by Elevator Wheel. The pin from the elevator wheel moves to the shuttle pin station through the distributor in the pin-setting preparation system, which results in a shortening of the pin-setting time and an increase in the total number of games played.
In addtion, this system minimizes machine problems and reduces the maintenance and management costs by decreasing the number of perishable parts to 100 types.
Prompt Pin-Setting
Each pinsetter mechanism, including the table, sweeper and pin tongs, operates consecutively each other without pausing, resulting in fast and smooth pin-setting.
Pin Jam Prevention Function
The rear motor operates for an additional one minute after game is finished, even if the machine is switched off. It prepares all the pins remaining for the pin-setting ready state, whitch prevents pin-jam, which may occur when machines are restarted.
Horizontal Ball return System
The horizontal accelerated ball return system has been adopted to allow quick ball return and further increase the tatal number of games played.
Electronic Ball Return System
Perfect detection is possible, since a high-sensitivity sensor is used in the process where the ball is entered into the accelerator. In addition, it substantially reduces the chance that the ball will be trapped and not entered into the accelerator by attaching a special electronic device.

Second Ball Cycle
This function is for intensive practice of throwing strikes, as it continuously set up 10 pins whenever a ball is thrown.
First Ball Cycle
This function is for intensive practice of hitting spares, as it continues placing the remaining pins until all of them are knocked over.
Shadow Bowling
This function is practicing throwing a ball or correcting the posture, as it returns the ball without setting the pins

Auto Off Function
If there is no balls thrown for a certain period of time, the pin-drum, pin-distributor and ball return functions will be automatically suspended. This reduce the wear of machine parts and increases the service life of the machine, and, at the same time, reduces unnecessary usage of electricity. Maintenance and management costs will be reduced. When a bowler throws a ball, it automatically resumes operation.
Auto Shutdown Function
This cunction prevents damage of the machine itself, including the pin and balls, when ordinary operation of machine is difficult as a pin is caught in the ball return device or setting table.
Self Voltage Regulator
The voltage self-regulator built in each pinsetter provides constant voltage to the pinsetter equipment, even when the input voltage fluctuates severely, and maintains perfect operation of the machine without interruption or malfunctions. In addition, it is not necessary to install a separae AVR system.
Quick Cycle Function
When a ball falls into the gutter without hitting any pins, or when a bowler scores a strike, the machine activates the quick cycle function to directly go to the next stage without any manual operation, decreasing te machine operation time and increasing the number of games played.
Self Test Function
It automatically tests the function of each machine parts. Trial operation is programed to perform after the machine is installed or repaired, removing the need to throw a ball for the purpose of testing.
